I couldn't even make an appointment because they disconnected me twice while I was trying to call. I expected it to go to answering machine or voice mail. Nope, just disconnected me. Very unprofessional.
Paid $70. Was difficult to communicate as both women who approached me when I arrived didn’t speak English. After I got on the phone with another coworker they put me in the room and was given the tiniest towel to cover myself. One woman sat me up and took my bra off me. Then a man came and did the massage. His phone rang constantly and there were beeping from his phone every 3 minutes. Coworkers shouting from room to room. Smell was not good at all. Not relaxing. Very uncomfortable.
I had back surgery some time ago. My surgeon said I'd need physical therapy to break up scar tissue. At the time I did go through physical therapy, however recently I have had back pain when getting up in the mornings and after sitting for a some while. It was suggested that I seek therapy. Lucy at Lu's used hot black stones, not like in pictures, the stones sitting on an area. She took those two stones and grind them into my lower back. I will not say how it felt while she was grinding them into my lower back, however I will say, that evening, the next morning and during the day driving and sitting, my pain was practically gone. It will take several visits. I am thrilled to have found Lucy at LU's.
Stopped by to introduce myself since I worked in the area and the lady was the sweetest thing ever. Took my fiance in to try them out and she's nicer to me now! Haha. For real tho I guess it's the best she's ever experienced at a massage place. That's enough for 5 stars!
